3R Famili Privacy Policy - Deleting Account

How to delete your account

You can delete your account from within 3R Famili. Deleting your account is irreversible process, which we can't revert even if you perform it by accident.

1. Open 3R Famili application.
2. Tap 'Profile' icon (at the most bottom-right on 3R Famili Apps's homescreen).
3. Tap the 'Setting' icon (at the most top-right of the Profile's page).
4. Tap 'Delete Account' from the Settings list.
5. System will prompt a warning message for deletion reminder. Select 'Continue' and your account will be immediately deleted.

To delete your account (Visual Steps)

Deleting your account will:

1. Delete your account from 3R Famili.
2. Erase your collection's history and request's related historical data.
3. You can't regain access to your account. (New account creation is posible, but there will be no linkage on any data from deleted account).
4. We may retain certain log data in our databases even after you delete your account, but such data will be disassociated from any identifying information such that it can no longer be linked to your account. To do this, as soon as deletion account process start, we wipe certain identifying informationfrom this log data, and we replace any instance of your account ID with a replacement identifying which cannot be linked back to your account once it is deleted.
5. We may also keep your information for things like legal issues, terms violations, or harm prevention efforts.
