3R Famili Privacy Policy

This privacy policy and security policy sets out how 3R Famili mobile application (from KPT Recycle) uses and protects any and all information when you use this platform. 3R Famili is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this platform, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.

Your Information is Secure

Your personal information is always safe on this 3R Famili application. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure, protected and not for 3rd party usage or shared. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Information we collect

3R Famili must receive or collect some information to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our services, including when you install, access, or use our service. We collect information such as user name, email, phone number, residential house unit, including location information for the usage our recycle activity and solution eco-system. System will automatically Delete or Remove user account information immidiately after user delete the User Account. See "Deleting Your 3R Famili Account" for detail steps and explaination.

Deleting 3R Famili Account

You can delete your 3R Famili account at any time, using our in-app Delete Account feature. When you delete your 3R Famili account, all your registered user's information including the in-apps recycleable collection history will be deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Deleting your account will, for example, delete your account info and profile photo, delete your 3R Famili Collection Request's collection historical data and all message history. Be mindful that if you only delete 3R Famili from your device without using our in-app Delete Account feature, your information will be stored with us (with reason you may want operate 3R Famili Application from a new or another device). Please remember that when you delete your account, it does not affect the collected history records which may already made used or translated to Malaysia State Council environmental related statistical reports based on total communities recyclables analysis result from 3R Famili Application within the geographoical area.

What we do with the information we gather

We are collecting user name, mobile number, email, housing area unit and GPS location as to provides our recycle and collections services. We may periodically send news and articles updates information about our services, company branding/promotion or other information which we think you may find interesting using the information. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for customer service follow up and market research purposes. We may contact you via email or call to your number. We may use the information to customize the platform according to your interests. We may also use the information to improve our products and services.

Location Service

Location information plays an important role by enabling our 3R Famili application main functionality. We require these information for our truck/lorry driver to deliver their collection services. Allowing them to locate your residential area and arrive at your doorsteps to collect your recyclables if only your residential is approved by States or Councils. We will updates the collection history on your mobile apps, if you had raised collection request. We will also share the collection timetable in regards to your residential area by have location services enable.

Guest Mode

You may always continue as Guest, if you do not wish to receive the notification of our collections services or do not wish to share your personal details

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your mobile. Cookies allow web/mobile applications to respond to you as an individual. The application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Governing Law

All matters and issues relating to the use or interpretation of these terms of use shall be governed by Malaysia laws.

Intended Use

This is a household residential, business and commercial application and is not intended for persons under the age of 13 unless under supervision or permission of his/her parents or guardian.

Recycle Collection Schedule

The collection or estimated arrival date/time indication from 3R Famili apps is not permanent as it may depends on the volume of DMR, traffic condition and weather condition.
